SAGA Economic Development Summit

The Sanford Area Growth Alliance (SAGA) invites business professionals, civic leaders, and community members to take part in one of Sanford’s most impactful monthly gatherings. Our Public Policy Luncheons are held on the first Monday of each month at the Dennis A. Wicker Civic & Conference Center.

From 11:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., attendees enjoy a hot lunch while engaging in meaningful conversations about policies and issues shaping the future of Sanford and Lee County. Each luncheon begins with updates from key partners including the City of Sanford, Lee County Government, Central Carolina Community College, Town of Broadway and Lee County Schools, and others. Following partner announcements, subject matter experts deliver presentations on timely and relevant public policy topics. Attendees are given insight into the challenges, opportunities, and developments affecting the region.
